The service includes both remote support and on site support, in hours that can be used in whatever combination you need them. Pay as you go support time is purchased in blocks, the minimum of which is 4 hours. The larger the block the more you save. 4 hours: £280 8 hours: £560 - save 5% = £532 16 hours: £1120 - save 7.5% = £1036 32 hours: £2240 - save 10% = £2016 Pay as you go time expires after 12 months
